I don't have any of the passwords. Can you still help?

Almost always, yes. Not having passwords is the normal starting point, not a problem. There are proper recovery paths for most accounts and devices, and finding the right one is exactly the part we handle for you.

Is it allowed for me to access their accounts?

We only ever help with accounts you have the right to access. Some providers ask for a document — like a death certificate — before they'll help, and we'll guide you gently through what each one needs. We'll never ask you to do anything that isn't above board.

What if some things just can't be recovered?

We'll tell you honestly, and early. After we've looked into it, we explain what's realistic before you commit to anything — so you're never paying in hope. Often more is recoverable than people fear.

How much will it cost?

A flat price, agreed before any work starts — never by the hour. We figure out what's involved first, then tell you one clear number. There's no charge for reaching out, and no obligation.

Do I need to understand any of the technical side?

Not at all. Plain words are perfect — "I can't get into the email," "there are photos I'm worried about losing." Understanding the tech is our job. Explaining it back to you in human terms is part of it too.
